AI voice agents,
built for your dialer.
Bridgeside AI plugs into the dialer you already run. Agents follow your script, answer questions, hand hot leads to a closer and book appointments straight into Google Calendar. Live in an afternoon, priced by channel.
60 free minutes, no card· One dialplan entry per dialer· Dispositions written back to VICIdial
Why call centers switch their scripts to an AI agent
The same dialer, the same DIDs, the same closers. Only the first two minutes of every call change.
Live in an afternoon
Create a campaign, pick a voice, paste one dialplan entry into your dialer. A call to 85 plus the campaign's dial code reaches the agent. No SIP trunk changes, no new phone system.
Sounds like a person
Streaming speech in both directions, barge-in when the caller talks over the agent, natural pauses, and a script that knows today's date and the local weather. Premium voices add emotion and emphasis.
Every call lands somewhere
Qualified callers are transferred to your in-group, appointments go into the calendar, and every call gets a disposition and a two-line summary written back to VICIdial as the lead's status.
One portal. Every campaign.
Scripts, voices, dialers, appointments and your team, all in one place. Each campaign is its own agent with its own dial code.

Three steps, one afternoon
No new phone system. Your dialer keeps dialing; the agent just picks up.

Questions, answered
What is Bridgeside AI?+
A multi-tenant portal for AI voice agents. You write a campaign script, choose a voice and connect your dialer; the agent takes the calls, transfers qualified callers, books appointments and writes dispositions back.
Which dialers does it work with?+
VICIdial and any Asterisk (plain, FreePBX, Issabel) through AMI and RTP or AudioSocket, FreeSWITCH through mod_audio_stream and ESL, and Twilio numbers through media streams. One generated dialplan per dialer.
Does it sound like a real person?+
Speech is streamed in both directions, the caller can interrupt at any time, and the agent knows the date, the day of the week and the local weather. Premium voices add emotion and emphasis. If a caller asks, the agent says it is an automated assistant and can hand over to a person.
How is it priced?+
By channel, meaning calls in progress at once. Each plan includes a monthly minute bundle; minutes beyond it are billed per minute at the end of the period. Premium voice minutes count twice toward the bundle.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every new organization starts on a trial with 2 channels, one campaign and 60 minutes of talk time, no card needed. Calls stop when the trial minutes are used; upgrade from the portal whenever you are ready.
Do I need my own API keys?+
No. Speech, voices and the language model are included. Organizations that prefer their own Deepgram or ElevenLabs accounts can be allowed to use their own keys.
Where do transcripts go?+
Into your organization's call history, visible to the people you allow. You set how long records are kept and whether they are redacted or deleted afterwards; the job runs hourly.
