Acceptable use policy
What may and may not be done with agents running on Bridgeside AI.
Last updated: September 2026. Replace this placeholder with your reviewed policy before launch.
This policy applies to every organization, campaign and call on Bridgeside AI. Violations can lead to a campaign being paused or an organization being suspended.
You must
- Have a lawful basis to call each number, including prior express consent where the law requires it for automated or prerecorded voice calls.
- Honor do-not-call requests immediately. Requests captured by the agent are written to your dialer's DNC list; you must keep them there.
- Respect calling-hour rules and the national and state do-not-call registries that apply to your calls.
- Tell callers who is calling and why, and let the agent say it is an automated assistant whenever a caller asks.
- Keep the recordings and transcripts you export as confidential as the law and your own privacy policy require.
You must not
- Run campaigns that deceive callers about who is calling, impersonate a person or organization, or use spoofed caller id.
- Call for debt collection, medical, financial or political purposes in jurisdictions where automated calls for that purpose are restricted, unless you hold the required licences and consents.
- Use the agent to collect card numbers, government id numbers or passwords over the phone.
- Send traffic that exceeds your plan's channels and calls per second after repeated refusals, or probe the service for weaknesses.
- Upload scripts, FAQs or documents you do not have the right to use.
Enforcement
Bridgeside AI staff can audit campaigns, calls and transcripts for compliance with this policy. Where a campaign is found in breach we will pause it and contact the organization's owner; repeated or serious breaches end the agreement without refund of the current period.
